No Residential Home Delivery
Girdwood does not have residential home mail delivery. All local residents receive their mail via individual Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes) at the local post office, located at 194 Olympic Mountain Loop.
FedEx & UPS Deliveries
While USPS letters must go to P.O. Boxes, private parcel carriers (like FedEx and UPS) deliver packages directly to physical street addresses in the valley. Always include both your physical address and P.O. Box on orders.
Post Office Hours & Services
The lobby is open 24/7 for P.O. Box access. Window services (buying stamps, sending packages, certified mail) are open Monday through Friday, with limited hours on Saturday morning.
