The Girdwood Forest Fair is a premier showcase for Alaskan artists, food trucks, and craft makers. Learn how to apply for a vendor booth and review fair guidelines.

Vendor Categories & Booth Fees

The fair features separate categories and fees for Hand-Made Arts & Crafts, Food Vendors, and Non-Profit Information booths. All products sold must be hand-made in Alaska by the applicant; imported commercial items are strictly prohibited.

Application Deadlines & Jury Process

Applications typically open in January and close in early spring. The fair board reviews all submissions through a jury process, prioritizing unique, high-quality, and local artistic creations.

Setup, Power, & Trash Rules

Vendors must bring their own canopy, tables, and display materials. Electricity is not provided, and generators must comply with local noise decibel limits. Food vendors must obtain a permit from the MOA Health Department.
