Beluga Point: Best Scenic Panorama
Located at Mile 110 of the Seward Highway, Beluga Point features rocky outcrops with 360-degree views of the arm. It is one of the earliest viewing points, offering great photo opportunities as the wave rushes past the rocky cliffs.
Bird Point: Best Interpretive Platform
Bird Point (Mile 96) features paved pathways, elevated viewing platforms, and interpretive signage. It is a highly popular viewing spot, and the wave is often at its largest and loudest as it squeezes through this section of the arm.
Girdwood Highway Intersection
The highway pullouts directly opposite the Girdwood intersection (Mile 90) offer views of the wave as it continues up the arm towards Portage. Watch for local mudbore surfers riding the wave front.
